A. Delivery Policy
DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY
- All deliveries are only within Klang Valley. Street names and POS code must be correct and accurate.
- If the packaging seal is opened or damaged, DO NOT accept the parcel.
- If you are not at home to receive your purchased order, please contact the carrier service (Mr Speedy) within a stipulated timeframe for next deliveries or pick up.
- If the order is not collected within the stipulated time, the order may be disposed and there shall not be any refund for the amount purchased for that order.
- We only use standard packaging materials for all orders.
- We deliver each order to one delivery address within Klang Valley.
DELIVERY LEAD TIME
- Order Pick up / Delivery Time: 11am - 3pm and 5pm - 10pm.
- Confirmed orders will be processed within 2 hours from the selected pick up restaurant.
- Delivery lead time for Orders to arrive (after processing and packing) is as follows :-
- Klang Valley: 30 mins to 2 hours
SALES, PROMOTIONS & FESTIVES PERIODS
- During peak online sales & promotional periods, orders and deliveries may take longer time.
- For festive seasons, please place your order 1 (one) days in advance in addition to the regular lead time required.
B. Refund Policy
- At Oriental2Yu (https://orientaltoyu.com), we want our customer to be completely satisfied with their purchases. We regret that return or refunds cannot be accommodated unless it is damaged or has extensive defects discovered upon the receiving of the items. In the event items lost or damage in transportation, it will be accounted for by 3rd logistics partner (Mr Speedy).
Return or exchange procedures
- Effort must be made to notify us within 2 hours after receiving the items and to specify if you would want a replacement or a money refund.
- You have to include the following details in the email: Order number, photo of damaged item (as proof of damage) and the reason for refunds/exchanges (so that we can improve!) and notify us via our email.
- Once we have received your request for return or exchange, we shall contact you within 3 business days for further instructions. To exchange item, please let us know the item you like to have in exchange.
- You will need to bear the shipping charges for returning the item to us and also the redelivery charges for new exchange item. However, if we send the wrong or defective items to you, we will bear all the cost of return shipping (as long as you use a standard shipping method) and we will make sure we send the correct items to you, ALL at our expense.
- Refund for returned items will be made within 15 days of the return of the product.
